Opting for the right service type is pivotal in ensuring a satisfactory outcome when engaging a cleaning service. If you insist on purchasing less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire. Hence, we highly recommend initiating with a Top-To-Bottom Detail Cleaning for your initial service appointment. A Maintenance General cleaning is advisable only if you’ve had professional cleaning services within the last four weeks.
Top-To-Bottom Detail Cleaning
Includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)
- All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
- Light switch plates (hand washed)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
- Stairs (vacuumed)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We also do not make beds or wash any bedsheets.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep cleaning.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Do It Right Cleaning, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient service, please review our refund policy regarding cancellations and service conditions:
- Required Conditions for Service: The property must have electricity, running water, and be free of pests at the time of cleaning.
- Failure to Meet Conditions: If our team arrives and any of these conditions are not met, the service cannot be completed, and only 50% of the service fee will be refunded. This covers scheduling adjustments, dispatching our team, and lost time.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund and will need to be booked another day and time.
