Do It Right Cleaning is an established and growing commercial cleaning service. We have an immediate need for a Sales Representative to cover the entire New River and Roanoke Valley. We have been in business for over 10 years with an excellent reputation in the industry. We have grown each year over the last decade with a custodial services portfolio totaling over 1.5million ft² per day. We serve multiple industries but find the most success in the manufacturing and healthcare markets. Hiring the right person for this role is essential to our growth plans.
Description: The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new leads, generating prospects from the leads, and then converting them into clients. They will sell to sourcing managers, building owners, procurement managers, and more. The Sales Representative will work closely with and report to the company’s Managing Director and/or President.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of proven sales success in the commercial cleaning industry. Successful sales experience in other industries will be considered. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership of their role. They should be professional, possess computer skills, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $46,500/year and an uncapped commission of 5% on new client revenue for the first 12 months of the new client’s contract.
