Our fees are based on the actual time it takes to clean your home in half-hour increments with a two-hour minimum. Our cleaning crews consist of two to three technicians during the first initial cleaning and then one person will be assigned to your home. Depending on our workload from time to time two people could be assigned to your home. We have two primary ways of billing: by the job and by the hour. Do It Right Cleaning’s residential cleaning estimates are based on square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, occupants, pets, etc. Our rates, our guarantee, and our dedication to you are always the same, whether you book us for a one-time cleaning or sign-up for recurring services.

Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered micro-fiber and soft cotton towels. You will be happy to know that almost all of our products are eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented. If you would like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to do so.
Yes, on a scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly) you will have a set crew perform the cleaning. This will give you the chance to become comfortable and acquainted with your team.
No. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean while they are away. All customer keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.
