Job Description
Do It Right Cleaning, a leading commercial cleaning provider in the New River & Roanoke Valley is looking for a Floater to join our team. This position requires that you be available at all times between the hours of 7am and 3pm Monday-Friday to fill in for an absence, etc.

Starting pay at $200 per month plus and hourly rate of $15 per hour when we need you to work.

Benefit Information:
Guaranteed $200 per month regardless if we need you to work or not
Get paid $15/hr. for the hours you do work. (This does not affect the regular $200 you receive)

Essential Functions
Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities
Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
Gathers and empties trash
Wipes and cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
Must keep janitor’s closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Have your “own” car and a valid drivers license
Be on call each day Monday-Friday including some holidays
*Please note, the first time you don’t show up when we need you, you will no longer be a floater and your time with us will come to an end immediately.
*Be prepared to work the first several weeks training each day Monday-Friday
